Our staff is the most important ingredient in providing top quality childcare. In Clarence House day Nursery we have an over-riding commitment to staff development and our staff has an unrivalled reputation in childcare.

We ensure that all staff members are suitably qualified for their duties. We pride ourselves on the professional qualifications and high standards of our staff which exceed Ofsted recommendations for day nurseries. We have a strong commitment to training and provide quality induction and on-going training for staff at all levels.

During our recruitment process we always make sure that new staff are dedicated to childcare and are willing to support and nurture children in their care.

Our Management team works closely with a variety of advisors to produce an annual training schedule, which ensures that staff members are up-to-date with current issues and practices in childcare.
