Our staff are the most important ingredient in providing top
class childcare. We have an over-riding commitment to staff
development and our staff have an unrivalled reputation in childcare.
Clarence House has a strong commitment to training and provides
quality induction and on-going training for staff at all levels.
We ensure that all staff are suitably qualified for their duties
and encourage and support additional qualifications. Our own
standards already exceed the recently proposed National Minimum
Standards for those involved in childcare.
Our Manager works closely with outside advisors to produce an
annual training schedule, which will ensure that staff are up-to-date
with current issues and practices in childcare. |
